Sebastien is a Portfolio Operations Director at Expedition Operations Group, the operating arm of Expedition Growth Capital. Prior to Expedition, Sebastien spent the last two years as a member of the Value Add team at Vitruvian Partners (a leading technology investor).

Prior to this, Sebastien held hands-on operational roles at PE-backed software companies where he ran a portfolio of value creation initiatives focusing on GTM, pricing, and related areas.

Sebastien started his career as a consultant for Oliver Wyman and The Boston Consulting Group.

He holds an MBA from INSEAD, an Mphil in Economics from Cambridge University and a MA in Economics – Econometrics from the University of Geneva. 

Outside of work, Seb enjoys travelling, playing a wide range of sports, socialising and spending time with his two children and his wife.
