London, United Kingdom, and Boston, Massachusetts, 3 September 2024: Expedition Growth Capital (“Expedition”) is pleased to announce that Jeetu Mahtani has joined as an operating Advisor. Prior to Expedition, Jeetu spent almost 15 years at HubSpot, playing an instrumental role in the company’s journey from its early days to becoming a category-defining SaaS company.
Notably, Jeetu was the founder of HubSpot’s international business in 2013 and led the company’s sales and operations outside of North America for seven years. He launched offices in Dublin, Berlin, Paris, Singapore, Sydney, Tokyo, and Bogota, managed a global sales org of 600+ quota-carrying AEs and BDRs, and led HubSpot’s ARR growth outside North America from $3m to $600m+.
More recently from 2021-2024, Jeetu served as Executive Vice President of Customer Success, responsible for the vision and execution of customer success, professional services and support of HubSpot’s global customer base. Jeetu reorganized the CS team to be mapped to the customer journey and across the stages of Activate, Use, Renew, and Grow. He established five pillars of Pro Services, Customer Success Management, Contract Management, Support, and CX to match the customer journey and goaled on a specific KPI for each stage. All five pillars rolled up to a North Star Net Revenue Retention (NRR) metric.
Jeetu is passionate about SaaS company growth and GTM strategy and execution across the customer journey and appreciates what it takes to succeed in different geographic markets. At Expedition, he will use his experience to advise the founders and executive teams of Expedition’s portfolio companies.
